FMSC - Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest at Feed My Starving Children!

Please note the following guidelines:

Organize a group of 10 or more and submit 1 request form per group. (Individuals or groups of 5 or fewer are welcome to attend walk-in volunteer shifts.)
If scheduling a family with young children (minimum age: 5 years old), follow a one-to-one child ratio.
If scheduling a student or youth group (3rd grade and above), follow the student-to-adult ratios below:
- 3-6 grade: 3 students to 1 adult
- 7-9 grade: 4 students to 1 adult
- 10-12 grade: 5 students to 1 adult
Groups with special needs or community service volunteers must contact the Site Supervisor prior to scheduling a packing session.
The below form is only a request form! Within 6 business days of submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 6 business days, call 763.504.2919.
We cannot schedule more than one year from today’s date.
